Process Valves

We offer cGMP process valves in many different sizes and types. GMPTEC has ball valves, flat diaphragm- or radial diaphragm valves, butterfly valves and other valves which allow to control and regulate the product flow in GMP processes. Upon request, we will gladly send you specific catalogues of suiting process valves.

Description

cGMP Process Valves – Standard Types

Regardless of the type of valve (ball valve, radial membrane, etc.), all standard valves within our portfolio are elements that allow to completely stop the product flow and re-open it again, based on the intended activation. Such process valves can not only regulate one flow path, some valves can also regulate three, four or five paths. The opening and closing of our process valves can be done manually or also by an automatized control system. Additional LED modules on top of the valve heads can show in which actuation position the process valve currently is.

Especially in bigger and also complex process systems, a visually indication of the current valve position is a huge advantage. We are looking forward to assisting you with the design of your P&ID flow schema at any time. Using our radial diaphragm valves allows the design of especially interesting P&ID solutions, since this type of valve is the best option for controlling the product flow in corners and tee connections.

Special functions

GMPTEC offers further types of valves with specified functions required in typical system processes, aside from the functions of opening and closing. This kind of process valves regulate the pressure, the ventilation and also the dosing volume. Furthermore, we offer needle valves, inline-sampling valves, vessel-sampling valves, safety valves and also check valves.

We review every process valve inquiry individually and respond to it accordingly. A huge variety of materials, connections and also membranes enables us to always find the best solution for your process. We also offer multi-valve blocks or valve-manifolds exactly according to your specifications.
