Sebastian has taken on a key role in Production Planning & Control, where he is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and steering our production orders.
His role requires close coordination across multiple departments to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. With GMPTEC’s continued strong growth and increasing production volumes, this interface has become more important than ever.
By keeping an eye on priorities, capacities, and timelines, Sebastian helps ensure that our production orders are planned effectively and move reliably through our processes.
